Sound familiar?

Right now, your event runs on six different things

And none of them talk to each other.

  • A Google Form collecting registrations
  • A spreadsheet nobody dares to re-sort
  • A WhatsApp group with 200 unread
  • Forty payment screenshots to reconcile
  • A printed list and a highlighter at the door
  • A thank-you email you never got around to

Tickeeta replaces all six.

What you get

Everything the day needs

Nine things that usually take nine tools. Here they are in one.

Passes at every price

Early bird, regular, VIP — as many tiers as you like, each with its own price, limit and perks. Attendees see exactly how many are left.

Payments, your way

Take card and UPI online through your own Razorpay account, or cash at the gate. Either way the money is yours and it lands in your account, not ours.

Check in, in seconds

Point a phone at the QR and you are done. Someone forgot their ticket? Search their name. Watch the count climb live as the room fills.

Sell merch at checkout

Offer souvenirs while people are already buying. Sizes, colours, names printed on the back — it all folds into one total and one payment.

Freebies with the pass

Include a tee with every VIP ticket, or let people pick one thing from a set. They choose their size while booking, so you know what to order.

Gifts before and after

Hand something out on the day, and send a thank-you afterwards. Make the return gift unlock only for people who leave feedback — a gentle nudge that works.

Sponsors who bring a crowd

Invite brands, give each a headcount, and let them fill it from their own portal. They get visibility on your page. You get a fuller room.

Refunds on your terms

Full refund up to a point, half after that, nothing past the cutoff — you set the windows. Cancelled seats go straight back on sale.

Find out how it went

Ask your own questions, get star ratings and comments back, and see the averages in one view. Proof for next year, and for next year’s sponsors.

How it works

Live in an afternoon

No setup call, no onboarding queue, no sales demo before you can try it.

  1. 01

    Build your page

Pick a layout made for concerts, conferences or workshops. Drop in your banner, set your colour and font, and it looks like you — not like a template.

  2. 02

    Set your passes

Name your tiers, price them, cap them, and decide what comes with each one. Add souvenirs and freebies if you want them.

  3. 03

    Share one link

That is the whole marketing stack. People book in under a minute without making an account, and get a QR ticket straight away.

  4. 04

    Run the day

Scan people in, hand out what they ordered, and when it is over, ask them what they thought.

The booking flow

Nobody drops out halfway

Most ticket pages lose people at the sign-up wall. Tickeeta does not have one.

  • No account, no password

Attendees book as guests and get a private link to their ticket. That link is all they need to see it, cancel it, or claim a gift later.

  • Steps that skip themselves

No souvenirs on this event? That step never appears. People only ever see what actually applies to them.

  • A ticket that just works

A QR code on their phone, or a clean printable version if they prefer paper. Both scan the same at the door.

  • One person, one booking

Cap how many tickets a single person can take, so a handful of buyers cannot quietly clear your inventory.

Beyond the ticket

The part people actually remember

A ticket gets someone through the door. What they walk out with is what they tell their friends about.

  • Merch that sells itself

Your souvenirs appear at the moment of highest intent — mid-checkout, card already out. No second store, no second payment.

  • Know what to order

Because people pick sizes and options while booking, you get a production list before the day: eighteen black tees in medium, nine in large.

  • Tick things off as you hand them over

One view shows every order line with who it belongs to. Mark each one done as it goes out, so nothing gets handed out twice.

  • A reason to come back

Return gifts turn the end of your event into the start of the next one — and tie neatly to the feedback you actually want.

For brands

Let sponsors fill their own seats

Sponsorship usually means a logo on a banner. This makes it worth something to both sides.

Invite a brand

Add them to your event and give them a headcount they can fill.

They get a portal

Brands add their own people from their own login, and watch their quota tick down live.

They get your audience

Sponsors appear on your public event page where every attendee sees them.

You stay in control

The quota is the quota. Nobody goes over, and every seat still comes through your system.

Plans

Start free. Grow when it grows.

Every event picks its own plan, so a small meetup never pays for a festival.

Talk to us

Plans are set per event, not per account. Pick the size that fits each one.

Quietly important

The things you should never have to think about

Two people, one last seat

Only one of them gets it. Capacity is held the instant a booking starts, so a rush at launch can never sell you into a room you do not have.

Your payment keys, locked away

The keys connecting your Razorpay account are encrypted before they are ever stored, and every charge is checked against the real total server-side.

Everything on the record

Sensitive actions are logged with who did them and when. Nothing important happens quietly.

Questions

The ones people ask first

Do attendees need to create an account?

No. They book as guests and get a private link to their ticket. They can use that link to view it, cancel it, claim a gift or leave feedback — no password, ever.

Where does the money go?

Straight into your own Razorpay account. You connect your keys, payments settle to you directly, and we never sit in the middle holding your takings.

Can I take cash at the venue?

Yes. Turn on offline payment and people can choose to pay at the gate. You mark them paid when they do, and their ticket goes valid.

What happens if two people buy the last ticket at once?

Exactly one of them gets it. The seat is locked the moment a booking begins, so you can never oversell — not during a launch rush, not ever.

Can I run a free event?

Absolutely. Leave the price blank and tickets issue instantly with no payment step. You can still sell paid merch alongside a free ticket.

Can attendees cancel?

Only if you let them, and only on your terms. Set a full-refund window, a half-refund window and a cutoff. Refunds can go back automatically, and the seat returns to sale.

I already have a guest list. Can I bring it?

Yes. Import a CSV of email addresses and everyone gets added. Free tiers issue a ticket straight away; paid tiers get a payment link.

What kinds of events does this suit?

Anything with a door and a guest list — gigs, conferences, workshops, screenings, meetups, weddings. There are ready-made page layouts for the three most common shapes.
