Using Tickeeta

Tickeeta gives event organizers tools to publish events, sell tickets, collect payments, manage entry and follow up with attendees. You are responsible for the events you run and for the accuracy of what you publish.

Accounts

• Keep your login details secure and do not share them
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms

Payments and refunds

Ticket payments settle to the organizer's own payment account. Refund eligibility is set by the organizer for each event and is shown to attendees before they book. Disputes about a specific event should be raised with that event's organizer.

Availability

We work to keep the service running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
